PE-backed Technimark has acquired Rage Custom Plastics, a Hilliard, Ohio-based manufacturer of blow and injection-molded plastic products for medical and consumer healthcare markets. The deal, backed by Oak Hill Capital and Pritzker Private Capital, expands Technimark's domestic manufacturing footprint into the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Rage Custom Plastics, founded 65 years ago, specializes in blow and injection-molded plastic products for medical and consumer healthcare markets. The acquisition adds to Technimark's existing facilities across the US, Mexico, United Kingdom, Ireland, and China. Dan Saliaris, CEO of Rage, emphasized the cultural alignment between the two companies, noting that Technimark's values mirror Rage's own.

Technimark, a maker of highly engineered injection-molded components for medical, consumer, and specialty industrial applications, continues to expand its manufacturing capabilities through strategic acquisitions. The deal strengthens Technimark's position in the healthcare sector while providing Rage's employees and customers with enhanced global scale and capabilities.
