Tavoron Acquires Doig Corp: Factory Automation Deal

Tavoron, backed by Fusion Capital Partners, has acquired Doig Corporation, a Cedarburg, Wisconsin-based factory automation distributor. The Eagle, Minnesota-based company provides automation, robotics, compressed air, and industrial solutions. No financial terms were disclosed in the transaction.

Doig Corp, founded in 1956, offers technologies spanning motion control, robotics, sensors, vision systems, safety equipment, electrical control, and pneumatic systems. The company will continue operating from its Wisconsin location but will transition to market under the Tavoron brand.

Eric Kraus, president of Doig Corporation, stated the acquisition gives customers access to a broader range of automation products and streamlined business processes. Backed by a national platform and expanded supplier relationships, Doig's team can maintain fast, reliable support for manufacturers. This acquisition strengthens Tavoron's position in the industrial automation market.
