Tailwater Capital has made an investment in Pickton Gas Storage, a Texas-based natural gas storage and infrastructure platform. The company is led by the former management team of NorTex Midstream Partners, with John Holcomb serving as CEO.

Pickton's focus is on redeveloping a depleted hydrocarbon reservoir into a natural gas storage facility to serve Texas and regional gas markets. The platform aims to provide critical storage infrastructure for the region's growing energy demands.

The project's initial phase is fully contracted and expected to commence commercial operations in Spring 2028. This timeline reflects the advanced stage of development and commercial readiness of the storage facility.
