Baton Rouge‑based Superior Health Holdings, a portfolio company of Renovus Capital Partners, announced the acquisition of Chant Healthcare, a Southeast Oklahoma provider of home health, homecare and hospice services. Financial terms were not disclosed, but the purchase aligns with Superior’s strategy to broaden its hospice footprint and marks its first entry into the state.

Chant operates through two entities—Compassion Home Care, which delivers home health and personal‑care services, and Sans Bois Hospice, focused on end‑of‑life care. The acquisition gives Superior a network spanning 11 counties in Oklahoma, and the current Chant leadership will remain in place to run day‑to‑day operations. The staff includes about 200 clinicians serving rural areas.

For investors, the transaction expands Superior’s service catalogue and geographic reach, positioning the firm to capture growing demand for integrated home‑based care. Renovus backs the move as part of a broader roll‑up strategy in the fragmented senior‑care market. The combined entity now serves a broader patient base while leveraging economies of scale today.
