United Ports initially comprises 9 major CMA CGM-operated port terminals across the US, Brazil, Spain, Taiwan, and Vietnam. Key assets include Fenix Marine Services in Los Angeles, Port Liberty in New York and Bayonne, Kaohsiung Terminal, and Gemalink. The portfolio is slated for expansion with CMA CGM's stake in Nhava Sheva Freeport Terminal.

This joint venture aims to accelerate terminal development and modernization. Stonepeak also has the option to invest an additional $3.6 billion in future high-growth port asset opportunities with CMA CGM through United Ports.
