Stone Point Capital has completed its acquisition of the risk management business of Ever.Ag, a Lewisville, Texas-based agricultural technology company, for undisclosed terms. The business, which provides risk management solutions including insurance, advisory and derivatives brokerage services to agricultural producers, processors, cooperatives and manufacturers across the dairy, swine, cattle and grain sectors, will operate independently under its existing management team. The business will adopt a new brand following the transaction.

Ever.Ag and the risk management business expect to maintain a commercial relationship, building on years of collaboration serving customers across the agricultural supply chain. For Ever.Ag, the deal sharpens the company's focus on software, AI and tech-enabled services for the agricultural sector.
