LLC, while Genstar’s advisors are Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, with Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as legal counsel.

Ascensus manages more than $1.3 trillion in assets under administration as of August 3, 2026. Fayez Muhtadie, co‑head of private equity at Stone Point, said the firm believes in Ascensus’s market position and long‑term growth opportunities. The transaction underscores confidence in the company’s differentiated position in the savings ecosystem.
