Stay Terra, a platform of premier vacation rental brands majority owned by Garnett Station Partners, with Bessemer Venture Partners also holding a stake, has made a majority investment in Gather Vacations, a full-service manager of luxury vacation rental properties in Hawaii and the West Coast.

Founded in 2009, Gather manages more than 500 properties across Oahu, the Big Island, Kauai and Maui, as well as California and Washington. CEO Andreea Grigore and the existing Gather leadership team will continue to lead the business.

The addition of Gather grows Stay Terra’s platform to more than 2,000 homes under management and expands its footprint into Hawaii, California and Washington. Stay Terra’s portfolio also includes Moving Mountains in Colorado, Vacation Homes of Hilton Head in South Carolina, and Cape & Coast and Prime Vacations in Florida.
