Montreal-based Stay22 has secured a $122 million minority growth investment from Summit Partners to expand its content monetization platform. The funding will fuel global expansion, product innovation, and team growth as the company builds infrastructure connecting content to commerce at scale. Stay22 helps creators, media publishers, and live experience companies transform travel and retail content into revenue streams.

Founded by CEO Andrew Lockhead, Stay22 has positioned itself at the intersection of travel, content, and commerce. The platform provides essential monetization tools as creators and publishers become increasingly central to demand generation. Summit Partners managing director Colin Mistele emphasized that intelligent, scalable monetization tools have become critical as the creator economy expands.

As part of the deal, Summit Partners' Colin Mistele and Daniel Kim have joined Stay22's board of directors. The Raine Group served as exclusive financial advisor, while Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP provided legal counsel to Stay22. This investment signals strong confidence in the content monetization sector's growth potential and Stay22's execution capabilities.
