Tallvine Partners' North America marine infrastructure platform has completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of Crosby Enterprises and certain affiliates for undisclosed terms. The deal expands the platform's presence across the US Gulf Coast and inland waterways, strengthening its ability to provide maritime infrastructure services in key US markets.

Headquartered in Galliano, Louisiana, Crosby is a nearly 50-year-old provider of marine infrastructure services operating a fleet of more than 150 tugboats, dredges, support vessels, and shipyard and berth facilities. Its crews, vessels, shipyards, and shore facilities will continue serving customers without interruption. The transaction was completed following a court-approved sale process conducted in connection with Crosby's Chapter 11 proceedings, approved by the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana on September 3, 2026.

Maritime veteran Mike Ellis, who brings more than three decades of maritime management and operating experience, is joining the platform as an operating advisor to Tallvine. Thoroughbred Investment Partners will remain the platform's industrial partner. This represents the third acquisition under Tallvine's North America marine infrastructure platform, following its September 2025 acquisition of Donjon Marine and its May 2026 acquisition of Lind Marine. Based in Miami, Tallvine Partners is an independent investment advisor focused on middle-market infrastructure opportunities.
