Scarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG), backed by Trilogy Capital Partners, has acquired Elite Residential Concierge, a Toronto-based provider of residential concierge and security services. The acquisition brings Elite's 1000-member team into SSRG's fold, with all employees remaining in their current roles. No financial terms were disclosed for the deal.

Elite specializes in serving high-rise residential, mixed-use, and luxury communities across Canada. Founded in 2015, the company has established itself as a key player in the residential concierge market. This marks SSRG's second acquisition in Toronto within six months, following its December purchase of Pillar Security.

Based in Calgary, SSRG provides comprehensive security and risk management services including protective services, concierge staffing, systems integration, and technology-enabled security solutions. The acquisition strengthens SSRG's presence in Eastern Canada and enhances its ability to deliver integrated security and concierge solutions across key markets. With Trilogy's backing since 2022, SSRG continues to expand its footprint through strategic acquisitions in the Canadian security services sector.
