Sovereign Capital Partners completed the sale of Knovia Group, a UK apprenticeships and commercial training provider, to French education specialist Eureka Education. The transaction represents Sovereign's fourth exit since February 2025, following previous sales of Agena, Shackleton, and Acolin. Knovia currently supports 14,100 apprentices across 6,300 employers nationwide.

Under Sovereign's ownership, Knovia more than quadrupled its revenue through organic growth exceeding 15% annually and two strategic acquisitions. James Dargan, Sovereign partner, highlighted how the investment exemplifies their approach of identifying high-potential businesses in fragmented markets. The firm championed operational excellence throughout its holding period.

The exit underscores private equity's continued interest in the education sector, particularly vocational training. Sovereign's acquisition of Paragon Skills initially positioned them to build a leading national provider in high-growth markets. This successful monetization demonstrates the effectiveness of their strategy in consolidating fragmented industries.
