Providence Equity Partners currently backs the business, and both firms will achieve co-control of the organization following the transaction. Under the terms of the agreement, Providence retains the opportunity to re-invest in the company alongside Searchlight. CloserStill hosts prominent industry gatherings including Ai4, the London Vet Show, PTE World, and The Dentistry Show. The events company has established itself as a key player in the specialized B2B conference market, focusing on vertical-specific professional gatherings.
