London-based B2B events company Hyve has acquired Virtuosi League, a San Francisco leadership platform serving C-suite marketing executives. The acquisition comes as Hyve itself moves toward a takeover by private equity firm Hellman & Friedman, which announced the deal earlier this month. Hyve previously counted Providence Equity Partners and Searchlight Capital Partners among its investors.

Virtuosi League operates a community platform where senior leaders from major corporations including Amazon, AT&T, Google, Mastercard, and Verizon connect for professional development and networking. Nadine Dietz founded and leads the company, which focuses on learning and community building for top marketing executives across various industries.

The move signals growing consolidation in the executive networking space, as traditional events businesses expand into digital community platforms. For Hyve, acquiring Virtuosi League adds a premium digital offering to complement its global events portfolio, potentially creating cross-selling opportunities between physical and virtual executive engagement.

This acquisition reflects the premium placed on exclusive C-suite networks and the shift toward hybrid engagement models in professional services. The deal positions Hyve to capture both event revenue and recurring subscription income from its new community platform.
