Greenbelt Capital-backed Saber Power has acquired Bounds Construction, a Tylertown, Mississippi-based foundation specialist, in a move to expand its infrastructure capabilities. The Houston-based electrical power system services firm will integrate Bounds' expertise in industrial, utility, and energy infrastructure foundation work. No financial terms were disclosed for the transaction.

Bounds Construction, founded in 2017, serves clients throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Mississippi. The acquisition brings a highly skilled team with a proven track record in foundation construction to Saber Power's portfolio. Brian Bratton, CEO of Saber Power, emphasized that Bounds' capabilities complement the company's engineering-led turnkey service offerings.

The deal strengthens Saber Power's position as a comprehensive infrastructure partner, combining electrical power systems expertise with specialized foundation construction. This strategic expansion allows Saber Power to offer more complete solutions to clients in the industrial and energy sectors, potentially increasing its competitive advantage in the infrastructure services market.
