Greenbelt Capital Management has made a majority investment in Bowe & Gant Electrical Services, a New Jersey-based provider of electrical and energy infrastructure services. No financial terms were disclosed regarding the transaction, which closes a new chapter for the privately held contractor.

As part of the transaction, Bowe & Gant's co-founders will both retain a significant equity stake alongside Greenbelt and continue to lead the company. Vincent Bowe serves as co-founder and CEO of Bowe & Gant, which was founded in 2014 and has built a reputation for commercial and industrial electrical work across the tri-state area.

The partnership aims to accelerate the firm's expansion into energy infrastructure services, including EV charging installation and renewable energy integration. Both parties declined to comment on specific valuation or deal structure details, though the structure suggests a growth-oriented recapitalization rather than a full exit.
