Ryze Group, with backing from AnaCap, has entered into an agreement to acquire Krata Sociedad de Tasación, a prominent Spanish firm specializing in property valuations, technical advisory, and appraisal services. Krata operates offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, and Valencia, employing over 80 professionals. This acquisition signifies Ryze's strategic expansion into the Spanish market, following its recent entry into France in 2025.

This move is part of Ryze's broader European growth strategy. Since 2024, Ryze has been actively pursuing its expansion, successfully completing seven acquisitions across the continent. The integration of Krata is expected to bolster Ryze's service offerings and market presence in Spain, further solidifying its position as a key player in the European property valuation sector.
