Resurgens Technology Partners announced an investment in Qarma, a provider of AI‑powered quality and compliance software. Founded in 2016 in Aarhus, Denmark, Qarma links quality teams, sourcing professionals, suppliers and inspectors on a single platform.

The platform generates quality data across thousands of brands, powering predictive AI tools that shift customers from reactive to preventive quality management. It also bundles supplier and product compliance tools, unifying audits and compliance into one system.

Co‑founders Jacob Nedergaard (CEO) and Søren Mønsted (CTO) will remain in place. Resurgens will work with Qarma’s management to accelerate its AI roadmap and expand in North America, Europe and Asia.

Adi Filipovic, managing director at Resurgens, said the platform’s operational depth and unique data set create a strong foundation for the next generation of quality management. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
