Private equity-backed Point74 has acquired Quor, a Devon-based compliance platform, to create the UK's first unified food software platform. Point74, a Lincolnshire-based product lifecycle management company supported by FPE, announced the deal as part of its expansion strategy.

The acquisition combines Point74's product lifecycle management expertise with Quor's compliance capabilities, creating a comprehensive solution for the food industry. Point74 stated that with FPE's backing, the combined entity will accelerate product and technology development while expanding its go-to-market function both in the UK and internationally.

This strategic move positions Point74 to dominate the UK food software market by offering integrated lifecycle and compliance solutions. The deal reflects growing consolidation in food technology as companies seek to provide end-to-end platforms that address both operational and regulatory requirements for food businesses.
