Lovell Minnick and Carlyle AlpInvest-backed SRS Acquiom has agreed to acquire Pantarai, a provider of loan technology and services for broadly syndicated and private credit markets. The deal will extend SRS Acquiom beyond its agency platform into trade closing and loan technology. Pantarai was founded by industry veterans with experience across investment firms, banks and financial technology providers.
It offers loan technology, loan closing services and middle office services across primary and secondary broadly syndicated loans, as well as private credit markets. As part of the acquisition, SRS Acquiom will create a new loan business to extend its capabilities across complex loan transactions and technology. SRS Acquiom's Loan Agency platform has senior professionals based in offices across the US and London.
