Phoenix Equity Partners has invested in Medmark, Ireland's occupational healthcare provider founded in 1987. The company serves over 500,000 employees across nine locations in Ireland, offering occupational health, health screening, workplace medical assessments, and employee wellbeing services.

The investment supports Medmark's expansion plans, including growing clinical teams, enhancing digital health platforms, and pursuing acquisitions. Founders Dr Robert Ryan and Paul O'Grady will continue leading daily operations and strategy, with Phoenix providing board-level support and capital.

This deal follows Phoenix's previous healthcare investments in Envisage and London Gynaecology. The funding will help Medmark broaden its geographic reach, improve customer reporting, and develop new employer services across Ireland.
