Phenna Group has acquired Begalvi, a Valencia-based compliance management software company serving homeowners associations across Spain. The deal marks Phenna's 13th acquisition of 2026 and strengthens its certification and compliance division in Southern Europe.

Begalvi provides SaaS solutions to property administrators in nine Spanish regions including Madrid, Catalonia, Andalucia and Valencia. The acquisition expands Phenna's footprint in the Spanish real estate compliance market, which has grown increasingly complex as regulations tighten for property managers and homeowner associations.

Phenna raised €175 million in May 2026 to fuel its acquisition strategy, suggesting this deal fits within broader expansion plans. Oakley Capital's backing gives Phenna financial firepower to consolidate fragmented compliance software markets across Europe.

The move positions Phenna as a significant player in European compliance software, targeting a niche but growing market as property regulations become more demanding across Southern Europe.
