Battery Ventures-backed ORTEC has acquired TOBA HR Solutions, a workforce management software provider for healthcare organizations in Belgium and Luxembourg. ORTEC says the acquisition supports its ambition to become the leading workforce management provider for regulated European healthcare settings.

The add-on strengthens ORTEC's position in the European healthcare technology market by integrating TOBA's specialized capabilities in workforce scheduling and compliance tools tailored for regulated environments.
