ORS Nasco, backed by Wynnchurch Capital, has acquired industrial wholesalers AD Member Supply and Alliance Distribution Partners in a strategic expansion move. The acquisitions strengthen ORS Nasco's position in the maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) wholesale market, adding specialized distributors serving the bearings, power transmission, and welding sectors.

AD Member Supply, based in Indianapolis, focuses on bearings and power transmission products, while Alliance Distribution Partners operates from Hendersonville, Nevada, serving industrial and welding markets. These acquisitions mark ORS Nasco's fourth deal since Wynnchurch acquired the company in August 2024, demonstrating an aggressive acquisition strategy to build scale and market presence.

Greg Gleason, managing partner at Wynnchurch, emphasized that AD Member Supply and Alliance enhance ORS Nasco's capabilities and end-market exposure. The deals position ORS Nasco as a leading MRO wholesaler with expanded product offerings and geographic reach.
