On Track Partners, backed by NorthCurrent Partners, has acquired Carey's Seamless Gutters & Overhead Doors, a southern Wisconsin provider of seamless gutter systems and garage door services. The Florida-based company, headquartered in Land O' Lakes, specializes in residential and commercial garage door services.

Carey's, founded in 2006, will continue operating under its established name with its leadership team and employees remaining in place. The acquisition marks NorthCurrent Partners' strategic expansion into the Midwest market, where Carey's has built a reputation for quality service and community focus.

The deal aligns with On Track Partners' strategy of partnering with service-oriented businesses that prioritize customer relationships. Daley Donigan, head of M&A at On Track Partners, emphasized the cultural fit, noting that Carey's founders Dan and Becky have built a trusted brand known for both quality workmanship and community engagement.
