Ambienta’s No Dig Alliance platform has bought Norwegian specialist Altiva, adding underground pipe rehabilitation and manhole renovation capabilities to its portfolio. Altiva operates within Norway’s mature water‑infrastructure market, where demand for trench‑less repair is rising. The acquisition marks No Dig Alliance’s first add‑on in Norway, expanding the firm’s geographic reach beyond its existing Nordic base and strengthens its service depth.

Ambienta entered the Nordic market in 2025 with the purchase of NDA, a platform that now employs close to 300 employees across underground water infrastructure services. NDA’s integration gave No Dig Alliance a foothold in Sweden and Denmark, paving the way for synergies. Adding Altiva gives the group a full‑service offering from pipe repair to manhole refurbishment under one roof.

With Altiva now under its umbrella, No Dig Alliance can bid for larger Norwegian contracts that require both trench‑less pipe work and manhole upgrades, strengthening its competitive position against multinational utilities engineers. The combined workforce and service breadth should translate into higher revenue per project and faster execution times. Altiva acquisition therefore adds immediate scale to Ambienta’s Nordic growth strategy.
