Mutares has sold Redo, a Finnish provider of property remediation services, to Invex Group, a Norway-based industrial investor. Redo has been part of Mutares' portfolio since 2023 and operates more than 20 locations across Finland.

The company employs about 250 people and reported revenue of €25 million in 2025. Its network reaches roughly 80 percent of the Finnish population within an hour, providing extensive coverage for property remediation needs.

Invex Group, which also owns Recover, a remediation and restoration business active in Scandinavia, strengthens its position in the Nordic remediation market through this acquisition. The transaction marks Mutares' exit from the Finnish remediation sector after approximately two years of ownership.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The sale aligns with Mutares' strategy of acquiring, developing, and divesting companies in transition, while Invex Group expands its industrial portfolio in the environmental services space.
