Mutares has agreed to sell inTime Group, a European time-critical logistics provider, to Tawin Holdings Group for an undisclosed sum. The transaction encompasses all subsidiaries including Trans-Logo-Tech and Routewise, with closing expected by March 2026 pending customary conditions. inTime Group generates approximately €100m in annual revenue and employs around 400 people across Europe.

Mutares acquired inTime Group in August 2025 and immediately launched a comprehensive operational transformation programme. The firm implemented cost-reduction initiatives, workforce adjustments, fleet optimisation, and efficiency improvements across IT, administration, and logistics processes. These measures strengthened operational performance and cost structure while positioning the platform for scalable growth.

Johannes Laumann, CIO of Mutares, stated the sale demonstrates the firm's ability to create value through hands-on operational transformation and disciplined portfolio management. The exit aligns with Mutares' strategy of acquiring companies in transition, executing operational improvements, and exiting once businesses are stabilised and repositioned for expansion. Tawin Holdings Group now takes over a transformed logistics platform with established European operations and a track record of industrial and commercial transport solutions.
