The acquisition also secures a controlling interest in Redo Biosolutions, with Mobius taking a 51 percent stake in the Norwegian‑Swedish firm that runs production and distribution networks in Norway and Sweden. By integrating these assets, Mobius expands its renewable natural gas footprint in Europe, positioning the platform to capture growing demand for low‑carbon transport fuels.

No financial terms were disclosed, but the deal underscores private‑equity interest in decarbonising waste streams. Adding 11 operational sites and a majority share in Redo gives Mobius immediate scale and cross‑border synergies, likely enhancing its ability to raise project financing and meet corporate ESG mandates.
