Marlin's Radar Healthcare completes an add-on acquisition of patient experience platform Cemplicity, bringing together two complementary businesses. Cemplicity operates across Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and the UK, providing patient experience and patient-reported outcomes solutions. Following this deal, Radar Healthcare—the parent company—will integrate these capabilities into its existing risk, quality and compliance software suite.

The acquisition enhances Radar Healthcare's offerings with new functionalities including patient-reported experience measures, real-time feedback, shared decision-making insights, and surgical site inspection surveillance. This move aligns with prior activity, as Radar Healthcare had just acquired EIDO Healthcare, a digital consent and patient information provider. The merger extends the company's international footprint through Cemplicity's established operations.

According to both parties, the combined platforms aim to connect patient voice and outcomes data with governance workflows to help healthcare organizations identify risks earlier and reduce avoidable harm. Marlin Equity Partners is the investment firm behind Radar Healthcare, having committed nearly $10 billion in capital and completing over 270 acquisitions since 2005. Financial terms were not disclosed.
