Lovell Minnick Partners has closed a single-asset continuation vehicle for SRS Acquiom, the portfolio company it has owned since 2018. The deal provides fresh capital to the financial services firm as it shifts from managing organic growth to pursuing acquisitions. Steve Pierson, a managing partner at LMP, said the firm now has the resources to 'ramp up M&A.'

Continuation vehicles are a common private equity tool for holding a successful asset beyond a traditional fund's life. This structure allows the sponsor to retain ownership while providing liquidity to some investors. For SRS Acquiom, which serves the M&A and corporate advisory sectors, the capital infusion signals a new growth phase focused on strategic buyouts rather than just internal expansion.

The move comes as the secondary market for private equity assets remains active. LMP, a firm specializing in financial services, is doubling down on a sector it knows well. Investors will watch how SRS Acquiom deploys the new capital to expand its service offerings and market position against larger competitors like Datasite and Intralinks.
