Private equity firm LDC has taken a stake in Nu-Style Products, the Aberdeen‑based maker of laminate wall panels. The deal follows Nu-Style's 2022 opening of a Birmingham depot, its first site outside Scotland, and marks the fund’s confidence in the company’s niche construction market position.

Nu-Style, founded in 1947, now runs six UK distribution centres. The infusion of capital will fund organic growth, boost manufacturing capacity at its historic Aberdeen plant, and support further rollout across England and into overseas markets.
