BlackRock-backed Influence Media Partners has agreed to acquire Anthem Entertainment’s music assets for over $600 million. Anthem's extensive catalogs include more than 24,000 released songs, featuring hits by artists like Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Timbaland, Rush, and OneRepublic. The deal also encompasses a film and TV catalog with soundtracks from popular franchises such as Spider-Man and Men in Black, as well as LEGO Ninjago.

The transaction, expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, marks a significant move for Influence Media Partners, a New York-based music and entertainment investment platform. Paul Braude of BlackRock highlighted Anthem's catalog as an example of the high-quality intellectual property they seek. Jason Klein, CEO of Anthem Entertainment, expressed pride in the catalog's growth and believes Influence Media Partners possesses the vision and resources to elevate it further.

Anthem Entertainment, a global music rights management and publishing company with bases in Toronto and Nashville, has curated a rich collection of songs, recordings, and film and television music over two decades. This acquisition underscores the increasing value of music and entertainment intellectual property in the investment landscape.
