The deal adds a proven, regionally‑based player to IMB Partners’ portfolio, positioning the firm to support large‑scale electric utility projects across the southeast United States. With this investment, IMB Partners expects to leverage SLS’s local knowledge and skilled workforce to accelerate project timelines and deliver value to utility clients.
