Hidden Harbor Capital Partners has acquired Escape Fire Protection for undisclosed terms, marking a new platform investment from its third fund. Escape Fire Protection, founded in 2003 and headquartered in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota, designs, installs, inspects and maintains fire sprinkler systems and related life-safety solutions for commercial and industrial customers across Minnesota and the broader Midwest.

The company’s senior management team, including Jason, will remain active and invested to lead the business going forward. Hidden Harbor was advised by Mc Dermott Will & Schulte as legal counsel and Configure Partners as financing advisor, with Monroe Capital providing financing for the transaction. Escape Fire Protection was advised by Hennepin Partners as financial advisor and De Witt as legal counsel.

Hidden Harbor has more than $2 billion in assets under management and is investing out of its third fund, an $825 million vehicle.
