Haudecoeur has closed its first international expansion by acquiring Natur Food and Heliadis, extending its footprint into Germany and Belgium.

Natur Food provides Haudecoeur with a foothold in Germany’s Turkish food wholesale market, while Heliadis adds the Nawhal’s sauce brand and expands the group into foodservice channels.

Together, the three companies generate a combined turnover of €350 million. Haudecoeur, backed by Apheon, LFPI, and its founding family, completed the deals, with financial terms undisclosed.

Wolfgang de Limburg, managing partner at Apheon, said the acquisitions illustrate the buy‑and‑build strategy the group is pursuing, and highlighted the strategic value of locations in Giessen and Vilvoorde.
