Investindustrial-backed Nexture has agreed to acquire La Crema, a Dubai-based manufacturer of chocolate and food ingredients founded by Bilal Khalife in 2016. The deal gives Nexture its first manufacturing footprint in the Middle East. La Crema's Dubai facility employs about 170 people and supplies ice cream, bakery, and fine pastry makers. This is Nexture's third bolt-on acquisition of 2026, following Frulact and Sipral Padana. Formed in 2021 via Investindustrial's acquisition of CSM Ingredients, Nexture operates in over 120 countries with 29 production plants and roughly 2,800 employees. Investindustrial partner Emanuela Cisini called the acquisition a "compelling strategic opportunity" for market access.

On the exits front, EQT agreed to sell Ontinue, an AI-powered cybersecurity services provider, to Quorum Cyber. Main Capital Partners exited Fleet GO, a pan-European logistics software provider, to Aptean. Managing partner Sven van Berge Henegouwen noted the exit marks Main's 39th overall. Mutares sold Cimos, an automotive components manufacturer, to its management team backed by Vero Automotive, reflecting a targeted reduction in the automotive segment.
