Green Arrow Capital has closed its acquisition of DeA Capital Alternative Funds, creating Italy's largest alternative investment manager with €8 billion in assets under management. The deal brings together two established players in Italy's private markets space, consolidating their capabilities across multiple asset classes.

The combined entity will operate from offices in Rome, Milan, Trento, Luxembourg, and Madrid. The transaction coincides with a rebranding effort for the newly formed group, which now covers private equity, energy, digital infrastructure, private credit, special situations, non-performing loans, client solutions, and real estate.

This merger positions the group to compete more aggressively across European alternative investments, leveraging its expanded scale and diversified platform to win larger mandates and institutional clients.
