Frazier Healthcare Partners has named Tom Rodgers a senior partner, adding over 35 years of healthcare strategy, corporate development, and venture investing experience. Starting in October 2026, Rodgers will join Frazier's Growth Buyout deal teams to advise on investment evaluation and portfolio value creation.

He most recently served as chief strategy officer of Mc Kesson Corporation, overseeing enterprise growth strategy, acquisition pipeline, venture investments, and an internal innovation team. He previously led the launch and scaling of Mc Kesson's venture fund and directed strategy for its pharmaceutical distribution business.

Before Mc Kesson, Rodgers served as director of strategic investments at Cambia Health and was a partner at Advanced Technology Ventures, leading healthcare technology investments. He also held roles at Genentech, Fitlinxx, IBM, and The Wilkerson Group. Rodgers holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School.
