Fort Point Capital has made an undisclosed investment in Boston Green Company, a Freetown, Massachusetts-based provider of environmental services. The investment was used to recapitalize the company, which offers hazardous and non-hazardous waste transportation, industrial cleaning, and emergency response services across New England and the Mid-Atlantic.

The company serves commercial, retail, industrial, and government customers with critical environmental services. Adam Dennison serves as CEO of Boston Green, which was founded in 2007 and has built a reputation as a trusted provider in the region. Fort Point partner Christina Pai expressed excitement about partnering with the management team to support growth.

O2 Sponsor Finance and Brookside Capital Partners provided debt financing for the transaction, while Mirus Capital Advisors advised Boston Green. The investment positions the company for expansion in the environmental services market, where demand for specialized waste management and emergency response capabilities continues to grow.
