Examinetics, a portfolio company of Coalesce Capital, has acquired Progressive Safety and Jurgiel & Associates, marking its fourth and fifth safety consulting company acquisitions in the past 18 months. Headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, Examinetics provides occupational health solutions to industrial clients nationwide.

Founded in 2004, Examinetics continues to expand its safety services footprint through strategic add-ons. Progressive Safety is a Kansas-based on-site safety provider specializing in field safety oversight and compliance support. Jurgiel & Associates operates from Saint Charles, Missouri as an industrial hygiene and safety consulting firm with expertise in exposure assessment and regulatory compliance.

The deals strengthen Examinetics' position in the occupational health and safety consulting market, adding geographic reach and specialized capabilities across the Midwest region. Both acquired firms will operate under the Examinetics brand while maintaining local leadership teams.
