Dominus Capital has invested in Pelco Solutions, an Oklahoma-based provider of traffic, utility, and pedestrian safety solutions. Pelco, founded in 1985, operates five brands: Pelco Products, Traffi Calm, Ped Safety, Component Products, and Novax.

Pelco's management team, headed by CEO Paul Koenig, will continue to lead the company and retain significant shareholdings alongside Dominus. This investment aligns with Dominus Capital's strategy of partnering with market leaders to support their growth, both organically and through acquisitions.

Dominus Capital highlighted Pelco's leadership in its respective markets, its unique product portfolio specified by agencies nationwide, and its successful track record of integrating acquisitions, having completed four in recent years. Kroll Securities LLC advised Pelco, while Holland & Knight LLP and White & Case LLP provided legal counsel.
