Private equity-backed PassCo has acquired three complementary businesses to expand its perimeter security platform. The New York-based company purchased Southeastern Overhead Door, Fairborn Northeast, and Communication Concepts in a move that consolidates assets across different regional markets and service specialties.

Southeastern Overhead Door operates from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, providing overhead door and loading dock equipment services. Fairborn Northeast delivers loading dock and door solutions to commercial and industrial customers throughout New England. Communication Concepts, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, specializes in integrated security and communication systems design, installation, and service.

The acquisitions create a more comprehensive commercial security platform spanning multiple geographic regions. By combining overhead door services with integrated security systems, PassCo can offer bundled solutions to customers who previously sourced these services separately. This consolidation strategy typically drives cross-selling opportunities and operational efficiencies.

The deal reflects continued private equity interest in fragmented commercial services sectors. Halle Capital's backing provides PassCo with capital to pursue additional tuck-in acquisitions, potentially accelerating growth in the commercial security and facility services market.
