Cutting Edge Group has acquired the music rights and royalties of film and TV composer Brian Tyler's catalog. Among the film scores that Tyler has composed are the Fast and the Furious franchise, the Now You See Me films, The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Crazy Rich Asians, Iron Man 3, Rambo: Last Blood and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Tyler is also the composer of the Yellowstone TV franchise.

Currently, Cutting Edge Group has a portfolio of over 400,000 owned and/or managed media music rights, valued at more than $1 billion. This acquisition adds Tyler's extensive body of work across major film franchises and television series to Cutting Edge's growing media music rights portfolio.

Among Tyler's industry laurels are 51 BMI Music Awards, three Emmy nominations, five ASCAP Music Awards, a BAFTA nomination and 12 Goldspirit Awards, including Composer of the Year. The deal underscores the increasing value of established composer catalogs in the media music rights market.
