Good morning, Hubsters. MK Flynn reports that Cortec Group is in pre‑sale stages for A1 Garage Door Service, a Phoenix‑based provider that generated $90 to $100 million of EBITDA last year and Noord has partnered with Piper Sandler for the process.

The deal could command a 15x or higher EBITDA multiple, above the B2C median of 13.4x, according to SIPA data. A1, formed in 2007 by Tommy Mello, has expanded via 17 add‑ons across Texas, Nevada, Colorado and Tennessee.

Meanwhile, Mc Nally Capital announced a majority investment in Tenica Global Solutions, a Chantilly, Virginia firm offering engineering, mission operations, cyber and digital modernization services for space, intelligence and defense sectors.

Ward Mc Nally said the move taps growing demand for advanced space and cyber capabilities across the US government, positioning Tenica for accelerated growth and workforce expansion.
