Private equity firms Concentric Equity Partners and Summer Street Capital Partners have exited their investment in Frontier Waste Solutions through a sale to GFL Environmental. The Dallas-based solid waste and recycling company operates a fleet of 665 vehicles across 24 locations. The transaction marks the end of Concentric and Summer Street's ownership stake in the company.

Frontier CEO John Gustafson and his team will remain with GFL following the acquisition. The deal represents another consolidation move in the waste management industry, where larger players like GFL continue expanding their geographic footprint and operational scale.
