Private equity firm Cinven has agreed to acquire Salsify, a Boston-based provider of product experience management software solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Salsify, founded in 2012, operates globally across North America, Europe, and Australia, serving a network of over 2,000 customers.

Daniel Garin and John Cuyulis of Cinven expressed enthusiasm for the investment, highlighting Salsify's large market, differentiated platform, and customer loyalty. They noted Salsify's cloud-native platform and its success with prominent consumer brands as key strengths.

Piyush Chaudhari is the CEO of Salsify. Moelis & Company LLC advised Salsify on the transaction. The acquisition marks Cinven's interest in a transformative software investment.
