Charterhouse Capital Partners has entered exclusive negotiations to acquire Batibig, a French B2B provider of emergency building repairs, maintenance and renovation services. The deal signals the private‑equity firm’s intent to deepen its footprint in the European facilities‑management sector, leveraging Batibig’s strong regional presence and operational expertise.

Batibig, co‑founded by a seasoned team that will remain in charge, currently generates more than €500 million in annual revenue and executes over 300,000 repair, maintenance and renovation interventions each year. Its rapid growth has positioned it as a leader in critical building services across France.

Under the new ownership, Charterhouse plans to accelerate a buy‑and‑build strategy, targeting additional acquisitions in France and beyond. The partnership will combine Batibig’s on‑ground capabilities with Charterhouse’s capital and strategic resources, driving scale and geographic diversification.

The acquisition underscores Charterhouse’s broader commitment to infrastructure and real‑estate investments, while offering Batibig access to enhanced capital for technology upgrades and market expansion. Together, the entities aim to deliver superior reliability and value to corporate clients nationwide.
