CAI Capital Partners has announced the sale of its majority interest in Custom Air Conditioning, a commercial mechanical services provider, to Service Logic Holdings Canada. Custom Air Conditioning offers HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical services to over 2,400 customers across four locations in British Columbia.

Under CAI's eight-year ownership, Custom Air experienced significant growth. This expansion was driven by five add-on acquisitions that broadened the company's geographic reach and enhanced its service capabilities. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.

This exit marks a successful eight-year investment for CAI Capital Partners, demonstrating their strategy of growing and divesting businesses within their portfolio. Service Logic Holdings Canada will now integrate Custom Air into its operations, further expanding its presence in the Canadian HVAC market.
