Brightstar Capital Partners has acquired BrightTree Studios, a Warrendale-stars, Pennsylvania-based technology design and consulting firm. The deal expands Brightstar’s architecture and design platform, adding BrightTree’s expertise in audiovisual, IT/telecom, security, and acoustics.

Founded in 2014, BrightTree serves clients across higher education, healthcare, and corporate sectors. It joins KZF Design and Erdman as part of Brightstar’s growing portfolio. No financial terms were disclosed, but the partnership is expected to enhance service offerings and market reach.

The acquisition positions Brightstar to deliver integrated design and consulting solutions, while BrightTree will continue serving its existing clients under the Brightstar umbrella, leveraging expanded resources and expertise.
